A Hawaii-licensed Real Estate Salesperson and California-licensed Broker, Yvonne specializes in the Honolulu and Windward areas of Oahu, particularly the Kailua-Lanikai area. Prior to relocating to Hawaii, Yvonne was a practicing transactional attorney, for 14 years, in San Francisco. She uses her contracting and negotiation skills, and superb attention to detail, to ensure that every detail of a sale is expertly handled. She spent many years counseling dot-coms and large corporations regarding technology and intellectual property, and that knowledge of technology followed her into her real estate career. She has earned the National Association of REALTORS e-PRO Certification and uses technology to provide her clients with thorough market information and excellent communication. When selling homes, Yvonne's listing clients also benefit from her expertise in internet marketing.

Yvonne is also a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and has received special training on marketing and assisting both buyers and sellers with high-end properties.

Yvonne was raised in Arizona, where she attended the University of Arizona for both college and law school. After graduation, she settled in San Francisco and built a successful legal career. Her love for the islands developed from a Maui sabbatical in 1997, which she spent writing a book and windsurfing. She is a Member of the Kailua Chamber of Commerce and participates in numerous volunteer activities, including the Junior League of Honolulu, where in 2007 she was awarded the Laulima Award. She is also on the Board of Planned Parenthood of Hawaii, recently acting as Chairperson for its 2008 fundraiser, The Haute Pink Party: Choice is Fashionable. Yvonne lives on the Windward side of Oahu, in Kailua, with her husband, an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, and young son.
